Wilmot Modular has completed a wide range of modular facilities at Andrews Air Force Base that includes a modular Pharmaceutical building and a modular Annex for the base hospital. A 5,000 square foot modular building was used as a Triage Center for returning veterans of the Iraqi War.

Fort Myer Military Community

Wilmot Modular designed and built a modular 10 piece cafeteria building in record time that was 6,000 square feet. This building was designed, built, and installed in less than 60 days. This project was recognized by the base with a Certificate of Appreciation.

Maryland Port Administration

This building was a permanent facility that had to be in place and operational in a short time span. For that reason, the customer chose a modular building. It met all site built expectations and was installed in 75 days.
It consists of 6 modules and was designed in the factory to encompass a site-built elevator shaft. Large amounts of windows on the north end allow visibility of incoming and outgoing cargo from both stories. Due to the large quantities of glass, all rooms have duct heaters to regulate cool air flow should excessive cooling be called for at the main thermostat.

Quantico Marine Base

Wilmot Modular installed a Command Center for the Project Management Team of Clark Realty on Quantico Marine Base. Clark Realty was in charge of building housing and barracks for the bases Marines.

Louisiana Carpenters Union

In a time of disaster Wilmot Modular was able to help those in need. Wilmot was able to provide the Louisiana Carpenters Union with a 36 x 60 modular building. The building was located in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina. It was used as living quarters for the carpenters who were rebuilding New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina.
